WANNA SHOW A VEHICLE?
The Grand Prairie Crisis Response Ministry (CRM), Grand Prairie Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association (GPCPAAA), and the Grand Prairie Police Department (GPPD) benefitting Law Enforcement Torch Run For Special Olympics Texas, are joining together to host Touch-A-Truck Grand Prairie. Touch A Truck Grand Prairie is a free commUNITY-wide event for children of all ages. We would like to offer you the opportunity to participate for FREE by bringing a unique vehicle, accompanied by a driver, to all children to explore! In return, you will receive great exposure within the city and an untold number of local families not to mention your team members working the event will be heroes for the day. You will also be provided a tax receipt for an in-kind donation for you showcasing your unique vehicle and your team member(s) time interacting with our guests.

Businesses can also choose to be a monetary sponsor of the event and benefit from additional advertising opportunities leading up to the event! Ask for details!

The first annual Touch A Truck Grand Prairie is just one part of GPPD's Faith & Blue weekend, and will be Saturday, October 12, 2024, at The EPIC parking lot located at 2960 Epic Place off Arkansas Lane. You may arrive as early as 8:00 a.m. to park your vehicle and set up. The event will open to families at 10:00 a.m. and close at 2:00 p.m. Vehicles must remain on-site and staffed until completion of the event. Please plan accordingly.
